These apartments are located in a large circa 1852 Victorian home. Located in the Old Sydenham Heritage District, they are a few minutes walk to Queen's University and the hospitals. For those with concerns about allergies, there have been no smokers nor pets resident in the building for more than three decades. Care is taken to use natural and unscented cleaning products, and materials with 0 or low VOC content whenever possible. The building is best suited for those who prefer a Scent-Free environment.
